Blake Civil Construction is a family-owned civil crew based in Coatesville, working across Auckland. The work is earthworks and drainage mostly, with retaining walls, roading, and general site work in the mix. It's outdoor work on real machines with a crew that's been doing it for over 25 years.
Whether we're hiring at any given moment depends on workload and what's coming through the pipeline. Sometimes we're looking for someone. A lot of the time we're not. Rather than posting and pulling ads, we keep this page open year round so people who want to work here can put their hand up.

What happens after you apply
Here's how it works, straight up. Your application goes on file and stays there for six months. If a role comes up that fits what you've told us, we'll get in touch. If you don't hear from us, it just means nothing suitable has come up, so there's no need to follow up or chase. We read what comes in, we just can't reply to everyone.
